PAYMENTS
Please, only send a payment once your booking has been confirmed via email or phone.
Our accepted forms of payment include cash (but only if your booking is less than a week away), or credit/debit card transactions through Paypal.
Payments are due within 24 hours of booking, unless you are paying cash.
You can use the "Donate" button below to send payment of agreed upon amount.
REFUNDS
We have a firm refund policy.
We offer a full-refund up to 30 days before check-in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, you can get a full refund for cancellations within 48 hours of booking, if at least 14 days before your stay. After that, 50 percent refund up to 7 days before check in. No refund for stays less than 7 days away.
